A note from the founder

I started Accelerate-U in 2022, because I’ve seen a pattern—again and again—in mission-driven and growing organizations:

The back office is under-resourced, and leaders spend too much time in uncertainty. Reporting becomes reactive. Cash gets harder to predict. Systems don’t scale. And the work that matters most—supporting people, serving communities, delivering impact—gets crowded out by administrative pressure.

What drives me is the opposite outcome: calm, clarity, and capability. I believe finance should be a stabilizing force—helping teams make decisions with confidence, meet governance expectations without scrambling, and use technology to free up time (not add complexity).
