Choose Your Needed Level of Support
From essential back office to full finance department—start where you are, and scale from there.
Align
Trusted books and a predictable month-end rhythm
Bookkeeper-led back office providing a solid foundation for clarity, compliance, and calm.
For organizations that want their books current, accurate, and dependable—without chasing receipts, patching spreadsheets, or wondering what’s true.
We will work with you to identify what your needs are, such as:
Day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger management
Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
AP/AR support (workflows + processing support)
Payroll coordination (with your provider)
A consistent month-end close routine and clear handoffs
Early issue detection (coding gaps, missing documentation, unreconciled items)
Why it matters
- You trust your numbers—and stop managing by bank balance
- Your close becomes routine (not a monthly scramble)
- Year-end is cleaner, faster, and less costly
Align gives you peace of mind — and the confidence that your numbers are finally correct.
Strengthen
Controls, compliance, and reporting that your board and funders can rely on
Controller-led finance for more than bookkeeping — providing visibility and discipline.
Strengthen adds controller-level leadership so your books aren’t just accurate, they’re organized, governed, and strategically sound. For organizations juggling programs, grants, funder requirements, and growing complexity—who need reporting that stands up to scrutiny and actually helps leaders lead.
We will work with you to identify your needs, such as:
Structured close with reviews, checklists, and accountability
Program/grant/funder reporting aligned to how you operate
Plain-language variance analysis (what changed, why, and what to do)
Audit-ready documentation and working papers
Policies and internal controls that reduce risk and improve consistency
Reporting packages designed for boards and funders (not spreadsheet dumps)
Outcomes:
- Board and funders see a financially disciplined organization
- Leadership gets decision-ready reporting—on time
- Less risk, fewer surprises, stronger governance
Strengthen turns your finance function from reactive to reliable — and positions you for confident growth.
Accelerate
Strategic finance leadership for confident growth decisions

For organizations making bigger decisions—expanding programs, navigating uncertain funding, hiring key roles, or building long-term sustainability.

Cash runway visibility and liquidity planning
Scenario analysis (staffing, funding shifts, program growth, cost changes)

How We Work With You:
Predictable, Flexible, Transparent
A finance function works best when it’s consistent, integrated, and accountable—not a patchwork of vendors.
Our delivery model:
Clear ownership and senior oversight
A steady monthly cadence and transparent workflows
Modern, cloud-based systems to reduce chaos and manual work
The right blend of local leadership and scalable execution
Typical starting point: A Finance Health Check to assess what’s working, what’s risky, and the simplest tier that gets you back in control.
Our Engagement Model
Predictable monthly support—without one-size-fits-all packages
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all packages or hidden fees. Nonprofits and purpose-led businesses vary widely in transaction volume, funding complexity, and reporting expectations. That’s why we price to be clear, predictable, and scalable—tailored to your needs.
How it works
1. Fixed monthly retainer (core finance operations)
Covers the recurring work required to run your finance function on a consistent weekly/monthly rhythm—aligned to your tier
(Align / Strengthen / Accelerate).
2. Monthly support buffer (quick asks)
Includes a small amount of flexible support for “in-the-flow” items, such as: quick questions and guidance, minor report tweaks, light troubleshooting, short check-in calls
3. Project-scoped work (bigger lifts)
Non-recurring or unusually time-intensive work is scoped separately and approved in advance - no surprises.
You’ll receive a written scope, cadence, and responsibilities before we begin—plus what’s included vs. out-of-scope.
Tools We Work With
Solution-agnostic by design—because the right tool depends on your organization
We’re not tied to a single platform. We recommend and implement the tools that best fit your funding model, reporting needs, team capacity, and budget—and we’ll work within your existing stack when that’s the smartest path.
Our team brings hands-on experience across a wide range of systems (including Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho, and payroll tools like Payworks and ADP) and can support everything from staying with your current setup to improving workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Not seeing your tools listed?
No problem—most organizations have a unique mix. If it’s cloud-based and finance-adjacent, we can usually support it or recommend the right approach.
